VIBE was founded on the belief that love is a verb and that mindfulness — as an act of self-love — is a practice which benefits both the individual and the community.

Friday afternoons at VIBE, join us for informal writing sessions! From 1:00 to 4:00 pm, drop in and write with like-minded people who want dedicated writing time. Whether you're writing for work, school, a blog, or for your own enjoyment, get more done in a peaceful environment with other writers. *What should I bring? Whatever writing tools you use, e.g., notebook + pen, laptop, etc. We have water and you can purchase other beverages if you like. *Do I have to come for the whole 3 hours? You're free to come and leave as you please. We do write in 45-minute 'blocks', so feel free to join in quietly if we're in the middle of a block. *Is there a charge for this group? No.
